Project: Multi‑Brand Content Retainer — Web & Social

  • Ongoing content production across sub‑brands: IHF Health Club, Elements by IHF, Manawa Retreats, Scoop Supplements
  • Brand‑specific film + photo: event recaps and training hype (Health Club); culinary/restaurant storytelling (Elements); calm, cinematic environment pieces (Manawa); product/education sets (Scoop)
  • Website and organic social asset packs; versions for paid ads and EDMs
  • Content planning, shoot cadence, asset library management

Overview

Eighteen‑month partnership delivering always‑on content across four distinct brands. The mandate: visuals that match their premium positioning—consistent, on‑brand, and fit‑for‑channel. Different tones per brand, unified quality bar.

  • Website hero/supporting imagery and cut‑downs

Goal
Premium visuals across all brands

Produce high‑quality content that reflects IHF’s market position: Wellness and community for the Health Club, culinary quality and service for Elements, restorative environment for Manawa, and product/education for Scoop.

Challenge
Many brands; many formats

Four brands, four tones, shifting calendars, and lots of different content formats, and styles. We needed to be super flexible in our shooting and editing, switching style and tempo without breaking quality or blowing timelines.

Solution
Light on our feet

With lots of different shoots per month; community events, popups, and time slots with staff, we always had to think 80/20 on how we could maximise output from each shoot. We created different content formats from a single shoot (Testimonials, recaps, hype reels, educational, ect).

Outcome
Channel‑ready library

A cohesive library of video and photography that could be used used across website, organic social, paid ads, EDMs, and billboards.
