We like to work alongside agencies early in the process. When we're brought in early, we can look at the sitemap and wireframe, and plan exactly what content is needed and where it will be used. This ensures nothing is missed, the visuals fit seamlessly into the site's flow, and the final product looks intentional rather than patched together after the fact.

Do you provide special pricing for agencies?

We prefer working as a partner with direct billing to clients, but we can subcontract at discounted rates where efficiencies, and reduced admin time exist.

How do you manage feedback when working with agencies and their clients?

We use Frame.io and a clear onboarding process to ensure smooth collaboration between all parties.

How do you ensure agencies can scale with your support?

We run a streamlined onboarding process: gather your goals and branding assets, project brief prep, confirm details in a pre-production meeting, and share a call sheet before the shoot.

How do you handle revisions and feedback?

We use Frame.io, a smart system allowing you to comment, draw, and approve directly on the content for fast, clear feedback. In large projects we always scope 3 rounds of revisions into the scope of work.

Do you only work with businesses in Christchurch?

No. We operate across New Zealand, with no extra travel costs for Auckland and Christchurch projects. For other locations, we simply charge for travel time.

How long does a typical project take from start to finish?

We guarantee a 14-day turnaround from shoot date to first deliverables. Revisions are quick and easy with our streamlined system.

Do you offer any packages or discounts?
